US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Senior Content Marketing Manager
Today’s complex, fast-paced systems have become a minefield of reliability risks—any of which could cause an outage that costs millions and destroys customer confidence. That’s why high-availability teams use Gremlin to find and fix reliability risks before they become incidents.
Gremlin Reliability Platform helps software teams proactively monitor and test their systems for common reliability risks, build and enforce reliability standards, and automate their reliability practices organization-wide. As the industry leader in Chaos Engineering and reliability testing, we work with hundreds of the world’s largest organizations where high availability is non-negotiable.
About the role of the Senior Content Marketing Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Content Marketer to help drive our growth marketing strategy and execution for Gremlin.
Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for both advising on Gremlin’s content marketing strategy and owning launch, experimentation and improvement of Gremlin’s content across owned, earned and paid digital channels.
As Gremlin’s Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to…
• Own Gremlin’s SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy so we’re found and cited in Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity when engineers research reliability
• Build and run an executive thought leadership program for our CEO and leadership team, including ghostwritten LinkedIn posts, bylines, and talk abstracts
• Produce short- and long-form content for engineering leadership audiences: blogs, multi-format case studies, original research, and short-form video for social and sales
• Tie content to pipeline: report on leads, pipeline, and revenue influenced, plus AI visibility (citations and share of voice on priority prompts), and shift effort toward what works
• Manage content, design, and SEO/AEO agency partners, and decide what stays with vendors, what comes in-house, and what moves to AI-assisted workflows
• Build and document repeatable AI content workflows for research, drafting, repurposing, and optimization, while owning technical accuracy and brand voice
• Continually research, recommend, and evaluate new content strategies
As Gremlin’s Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll bring…
• A strong understanding and passion for all things marketing
• A deep understanding of the B2B technology buyer and their journey
• A focus on business outcomes like pipeline and revenue influenced, not vanity metrics
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools that drive outcomes and keep quality high
• Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and how AI search is changing content strategy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A willingness to fail-forward, learn and grow
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing, ideally at a scaling SaaS startup
As Gremlin’s Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ve seen success with…
• Translating technical content into compelling copy and calls-to-action
• Producing and editing written, video, and visual content, including short-form video for LinkedIn and YouTube
• Owning and running content calendars
• Driving content engagement through owned, earned and paid channels
• Growing executives’ LinkedIn audiences, with numbers to show for it (follower growth, impressions, inbound podcast or speaking requests)
• Improving brand visibility in AI answer engines and tracking it
• Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager, plus an SEO/AEO platform such as Ahrefs or Semrush
*If you don't think you meet all of the criteria below but still are interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box—we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas, and have some in
