About the role
Salesforce Agentforce permet désormais le déploiement d'agents IA spécialisés (Marketing, Sales, Service, Tableau) au cœur de l'écosystème CRM. Ce poste s'adresse à un Consultant Agentforce souhaitant accompagner nos clients dans la conception et l'optimisation de ces agents.
💡 VOS MISSIONS
En tant que Consultant Agentforce Salesforce (H/F), vous accompagnez nos clients dans la conception, l'implémentation et l'optimisation de différents Agents Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, Service, Tableau).
• Intégrer et exploiter l'intelligence artificielle avec Agentforce pour déployer de nouveaux agents chez nos différents clients
• Paramétrer et exploiter Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement et/ou Salesforce Marketing Account Engagement
• Déployer et piloter des campagnes marketing digital de A à Z
• Animer des ateliers clients pour identifier les besoins et les traduire en solutions techniques
• Élaborer et suivre les roadmaps marketing digital
• Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac+5, issu d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur.
• Minimum 2 ans sur Salesforce dont 1 an sur Agentforce.
• Maîtrise d’Agentforce et d’Einstein, avec une expertise avancée dans l’exploitation de l’intelligence artificielle appliquée au marketing.
• Disposition du Badge Trailhead : Agentblazer Champion Certification Agentforce souhaitée
• Forte capacité d’analyse et de gestion de projet.
• Excellent relationnel et aptitude à animer des ateliers clients.
