Managing Consultant, Nursing Why We Have This Role Nursing leadership and clinical workflows directly determine patient outcomes, care connection, and operational performance across health systems. In this leadership role, you will apply deep clinical nursing background and data analytics to guide healthcare organizations through complex system redesign, clinical process improvement, and cultural change. You will lead project teams, direct end-to-end consulting engagements, and partner directly with client stakeholders to solve high-stakes operational and care delivery challenges. Working alongside senior practice leadership, you will coach nursing teams, implement proven patient experience best practices, and build lasting, high-value client relationships.
