Benefits • Vacation up to 4 weeks – fast accrual • Additional PTO up to 160 hours per year • Monthly Efficiency Bonus Program • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Company Match • HSA & FSA Options • Boot & Prescription Safety Glass Allowance • Fitness Membership Reimbursement • Tuition Assistance & Apprenticeship Programs • Extensive OEM & Paid Training Opportunities • Career Advancement opportunities • Flexible work hours and a family-first culture What You’ll Do • Receive and prepare inventory for delivery. • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages • Verify stock information and unit identification numbers Inventory and Audit equipment and parts. • Unpackage, sort and stage units for production • Maintain accurate inventory. • Stacks and stores products in designated areas using a forklift, push-pull, or other powered equipment. • Pulls and prepares products for shipment. • Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. • Performs picking duties in an efficient manner which meets customer service standards. • Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into vans or trailers. • Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. • Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security. • Assists in physical inventories.
