About the role

At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we've been doing just that for more than two decades, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that's both powerful and affordable. We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations). Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our TalentLMS Enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive customer satisfaction and product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and retention. If you're passionate about building meaningful customer relationships, enjoy working in a dynamic SaaS environment, and are motivated by helping customers succeed, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities As an Account Manager, you will: • Manage and develop customer relationships: Own a portfolio of TalentLMS Enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle and building strong, long-term relationships. • Drive customer retention and account growth: Proactively identify churn risks, adoption gaps, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to support renewals and revenue expansion. • Support product adoption and customer success: Guide customers on best practices, platform capabilities, and effective product usage to help them maximize the value of TalentLMS. • Monitor account health and engagement: Analyze customer usage data and account health indicators to identify potential challenges, recommend improvements, and take timely action. • Manage renewals and prevent churn: Conduct regular customer check-ins and year-in-review meetings, coordinate renewal preparation, and activate churn-prevention initiatives when needed. • Handle subscription and billing matters: Support customers with subscription-related questions, payment delays, billing issues, and other account matters in collaboration with internal teams. • Keep customers informed and engaged: Proactively communicate relevant product updates, new features, releases, webinars, and improvements that can enhance their experience. • Represent the voice of the customer: Gather customer feedback, feature requests, and product improvement suggestions, sharing valuable insights with the relevant teams. • Support customer advocacy: Identify opportunities for customer success stories, case studies, testimonials, and reviews, collaborating with internal stakeholders to bring them to life. • Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with Support, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales teams to resolve customer needs and deliver a seamless experience. • Maintain accurate account records: Keep CRM information up to date, document customer interactions, and track account health, renewal activities, and growth opportunities. • Leverage AI tools responsibly: Use AI-assisted tools to streamline communications, summarize account information and identify growth potential and risks associated with customers’ accounts.
