Parts Sales Associate- Dave Smith Frontier Leasing & Sales

Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist customers with parts selection, pricing, and product recommendations. • Process parts orders, inventory requests, and emergency purchases. • Support service technicians with parts sourcing and repair order transactions. • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, pick-ups, and back-order management. • Process returns, credits, and customer payments. • Maintain inventory, product knowledge, and a clean work area. • Follow company safety standards and procedures. Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ year of automotive parts and/or sales experience. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening. • Commitment to workplace safety. • Ability to wear a dealership uniform.
