About the role
Ambition has no passport. That belief is why LemFi exists. We're the financial engine for people the world wasn't built to serve, the millions who move countries to build something better and find the financial system hasn't caught up with them yet. We started with remittances: the money people send home to the people they love. Now we run multi-currency accounts, Savings, eSIMs and Credit. Because staying connected to home and building somewhere new are not two separate things. They never were.
About the role
Every product launch, promo and market entry at LemFi reaches customers through a campaign. As Senior CRM Executive, you'll build and ship them: email, push, in-app and SMS, across remittance, credit, savings and whatever we launch next. You take a brief and turn it into a live, tested, correctly targeted send - then tell us what it did.
You'll report to the Senior CRM Manager for Campaigns and work daily with Growth Managers, Product Marketing, Design and Compliance. This is a hands-on role with a high volume of sends and a high bar for getting each one right, because a wrong rate, a broken link or the wrong segment lands in a customer's pocket. Do it well and you'll be the person the rest of the business trusts to get their message out.
What you'll build and own
• Build and launch campaigns end to end in our marketing automation platform: segments, content, scheduling and send.
• Turn campaign requests from across the business into clear builds, and push back when a brief doesn't hold up.
• QA every send before it goes: targeting, personalisation, links, localisation and compliance sign-off.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, timing, offers and channels, and feed what wins into the next campaign.
• Keep the campaign calendar honest so customers aren't hit by five messages in one day.
• Report on every campaign in numbers the team can act on: who received it, who converted, what it was worth.
• Spot what's repetitive in your own work and template or automate it.
Your experience
• 1-3 years in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle, ideally in fintech, e-commerce or another high-frequency consumer product.
• Hands-on with a marketing automation platform ( Customer.io , Braze, Iterable or similar) - you build the campaign yourself.
• Working knowledge of Liquid and HTML for personalised, dynamic content.
• An eye for detail that catches the wrong segment or the broken link before the customer does.
• Comfortable pulling your own numbers, with basic SQL or a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Bias to ship: you'd rather launch, measure and iterate than polish a brief.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up copy variants, translations and QA checks.
Nice to have
• Lived experience or deep empathy with the life of our users - the millions who move countries to build something better.
• Language skills in Italian, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, Wolof or Swahili.
• Experience running campaigns in a regulated or compliance-sensitive comms environment.
Why Join LemFi?
Your work here puts money back into families' pockets. That's the reward, and the weight of it. You'll take on some of the hardest problems in finance alongside people who do their best work when the stakes are real. We move fast and we expect a lot, because our customers can't afford for us to do otherwise. In return you get room to own real problems, global impact you can see, and a team that won't slow you down.
Bring grit and ownership and there's a place for them here. Ambition belongs here, come and show us yours.
