We're currently seeking Head Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently. The Role • Lead a high-performing kitchen team in a bulk catering environment • Oversee meal production across breakfast, crib and dinner services • Manage food safety, HACCP and quality standards • Monitor kitchen budgets, food costs and operational performance • Develop and mentor team members • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships These are FIFO/BIBO roles from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.
