Job Description: 仕事内容 Provides safety/environmental consulting services as assigned. Conducts defined technical and/or project tasks within the safety/environmental field, leading to the successful completion of assigned project(s).   業務内容 ・安全、衛生、環境について、国内の3M製造拠点（4か所）の横断的なEHS活動のサポート ・国内3M全体の環境および安全衛生組織の運営をサポート ・3M Japan Groupとして行政とのやり取り、届け出 ・製造事業所のEHS活動についてのオーディットの運営 ・国内の3M製造拠点の監査対応(ISO14001など)をサポート   必須条件 ・製造業（特に化学プラント）で技術者としての勤務経験 ・行政とのやり取りや届出があるため、日本語はNative レベルのスキルが必要 ・海外3Mとの会議やメールでのコミュニケーションがあるため、英語力の目安：TOEIC700点以上 ・４年制大学卒業以上。技術系で特に化学/機械/電気のご専攻で学士以上 ・普通自動車運転免許（通勤のため）   歓迎条件 ・製造プロセスに関する知識 ・EHSの知識や関連業務経験 ・ISO14001/50001の知識     歓迎資格 ・第1種　衛生管理者免許もしくは衛生工学衛生管理者免許 ・危険物取扱者免状（甲種） ・公害防止管理者(大気)1種もしくは3種   求める人物像 ・法規制や社内規制を理解し守れる ・問題が発生した際の分析能力、改善能力、論理的な説明力 ・積極的に新たなことを学ぶ姿勢がある   仕事のやりがい ・専門性を深められる ・Global 3M/APAC 3Mと協働できる ・他部門と協働する機会も多く、視野を広げることができる   当該ポジションで身につけられるスキル ・各種資格の取得：公害防止管理者、衛生管理者、安全コンサルタントなど ・Global/APACとのネットワーク Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
