About the role
At Moss, we give finance professionals the power to automate their day-to-day and make forward-thinking decisions.
Our culture is what makes that possible: we play to win, we obsess over quality, and we win as One Moss, and it works. Moss closed a €35 million Series C in August 2026, crossing a €1 billion valuation, and became one of Europe's fintech unicorns. Join us for what's next.
We're hiring a Senior FP&A Manager to sit at the centre of how Moss plans, tracks and steers growth. Working with senior management and functional leaders, you’ll connect strategic and operational decisions to the company’s financial objectives, in a business that combines B2B SaaS and payments economics.
You’ll report to the Director of FP&A and join an agile Finance team. The role gives direct exposure to commercial planning, board and investor reporting, and the data layer behind both.
Your responsibilities
• Own go-to-market and revenue planning end to end across revenue streams, markets, channels and customer segments, turning plans into bottom-up targets with the Commercial team
• Analyse acquisition and retention economics to show what drives growth and profitability and what does not, then recommend where to invest, how to price and which segments to prioritise
• Partner with business stakeholders to assess functional performance, weigh risks and opportunities, and shape initiatives that move key metrics
• Build and maintain financial models for target setting, budgeting, long-term planning and rolling forecasts, and run the planning processes with stakeholders across the company
• Shape the narrative on financial performance for the board and investors, linking past results to the outlook and plan attainment
• Collaborate with the Data team to build the finance data layer, define metrics and shape the pipelines that feed models and reporting, using AI to automate manual workflows
About you
• Proven experience in a high-growth finance role, such as strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking or transaction services
• Track record of building clean, robust financial models and using them to shape decisions
• Degree in Finance or a similar quantitative discipline
• Experience with SQL and BI tools is a plusExcellent English. German is a plus
In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:
• Takes ownership of outcomes end to end and makes well-reasoned calls when there is no clear right or wrong answer
• Holds a high personal quality bar, handling details precisely in service of the outcome
• Goes beyond surface-level understanding where it matters and does not leave important questions partly answered
• Builds trusted cross-functional partnerships around shared goals and draws on diverse perspectives to improve financial processes
