About the role: Rothy’s is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead full-lifecycle recruitment across our retail fleet, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience and scaling our team to match Rothy’s growth. Our ideal candidate is a proactive talent partner with strong sourcing capabilities, sharp candidate assessment skills, and a track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do: - Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (primarily Retail), from kickoff meetings through offer extensions and handoffs. - Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and innovative sourcing channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines. - Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and drive aligned, timely hiring decisions. - Candidate Experience: Conduct thorough initial recruiter screens, advocate for candidates throughout the interview process, and ensure clear, timely communication at every stage. - Offer Management: Draft competitive job offers and navigate negotiations in partnership with Talent leadership and Compensation. - Process & ATS Integrity: Maintain pristine candidate data and tracking within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support talent analytics and reporting. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on interview scheduling, background checks, and seamless onboarding handoffs to People Operations.
