About the role

About the role Great production makes ambitious ideas possible. We’re looking for an Executive Producer who brings creative ingenuity, production expertise, and a drive to explore what’s next. As part of ServiceNow’s Brand Strategy & Creative team, you’ll lead integrated content production across digital, social, video, events, and stills. You’ll partner with creative leaders from the earliest conversations, assemble the right talent and partners, and guide work from first idea to final delivery. You’ll also help shape the future of production at ServiceNow, combining exceptional craft with generative AI, emerging tools, and smarter ways of working. This is an opportunity to make distinctive work for a global technology brand while building the capabilities to keep raising our ambition. What you’ll do • Bring ambitious ideas to life.  Lead production of video, social content, digital assets, event content, animation, and photography. • Partner early in the creative process.  Work with creative, strategy, product, and marketing leaders to shape production approaches, expand possibilities, and solve challenges from the outset. • Build the right team for the work.  Source and lead production partners, editors, animators, photographers, and other specialists, matching talent and resources to each project. • Shape how we produce.  Develop flexible approaches that combine live action, post-production, animation, VFX, and generative AI to deliver strong creative outcomes. • Turn experimentation into capability.  Evaluate emerging tools, pilot new approaches, and translate what works into repeatable practices. • Own the production business.  Manage budgets, bids, negotiations, scopes, schedules, and change orders with sound judgment and financial discipline. • Make great work easier to deliver.  Establish clear workflows for resourcing, reviews, approvals, asset management, and delivery across projects and markets. • Lead with clarity.  Advise creative and business leaders on production strategy, quality, cost, timing, resources, and risk. Keep teams moving through decisions. What you bring • Deep production experience.  10+ years of progressive experience, including executive or senior production leadership at an agency, studio, production company, or in-house team. • An integrated content mindset.  Experience leading complex projects across video, digital, social, and stills, with an understanding of how to plan content for multiple channels and audiences. • Creative ambition and practical ingenuity.  You understand what makes an idea compelling and find inventive ways to bring it to life within real budgets and timelines. • An eye for talent.  Strong relationships with creative and production partners, and the ability to find and assemble the right team for each assignment. • Hands-on experience with AI.  Practical familiarity with generative video, image, and audio tools, and a clear point of view on how they can improve the work and the production process. • Strong production and business fundamentals.  Fluency in live action, post-production, animation, and VFX pipelines, paired with expertise in budgeting, bidding, and vendor management. • Confidence navigating complexity.  Experience aligning stakeholders, managing shared resources, and balancing competing priorities in a matrixed organization. • Resourcefulness and ownership.  You seek out the people, assets, and answers needed to move work forward, and stay close to the details through delivery. • Trusted leadership.  You build strong relationships with creatives, partners, and executives, communicate clearly, and influence decisions across teams. Nice to have • Experience evolving an in-house production model, including how work is shared across internal tea
