About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
岗位定位:
1. 主要目标： 提升品牌用户的沿用，包含复购率，复购用量，生命周期LTV等。
2. 负责品牌会员生态下的会员资产运营 ，以提升会员黏性与复购频次为核心目标。（公众号、视频号、小程序，企业微信）
3. 与渠道合作驱动用户生命周期价值持续增长 。主要渠道为电商渠道，其次是线下门店包含山姆跟药店。
4. 品牌包含大贸产品和跨境产品。
岗位职责：
1. 会员体系运营与黏性建设：
· 设计并持续优化会员等级、积分、权益机制，提升活跃会员占比与复购率；
· 围绕微信生态各触点，规划会员日、主题营销、成长任务等黏性活动，降低流失；
· 建立会员全生命周期管理框架，对不同价值层级用户制定差异化运营策略。
2. 数据驱动的沿用增长：
· 搭建或完善会员数据监控体系（含复购率、流失预警、LTV等核心指标）；
· 基于用户行为进行分层分群，设计自动化运营流程，提升转化效率；
· 通过AB测试与复盘分析，持续迭代活动机制与触达策略。
3. 线上线下渠道协同，赋能复购：
· 联合线上电商，线下门店及异业伙伴，设计复购联动方案；
· 为渠道方提供可执行的复购工具包（专属码、活动页、数据追踪链路），并协助其分析复购数据，提出改善建议；
· 平衡品牌调性与渠道利益，推动活动顺畅落地，确保数据可追溯。
4. 系统工具与流程建设：
· 根据业务需求选型或优化CRM/SCRM系统，推动自动化标签、分群、推送等功能落地；
· 建立会员运营SOP体系（策略复盘模板、数据日报周报机制、预警流程），使经验可沉淀可复制。
任职要求：
·6年以上品牌会员运营/电商会员经验，营养品行业背景，具备微信生态或者电商生态的实操案例；
· 具备优秀的跨部门与对外协同能力，善于与渠道方、门店运营、商品团队高效配合；
· 精通Excel/PPT，能独立完成复购漏斗分析与活动复盘报告；熟练使用SQL或BI工具者优先；
· 对GMV、客单价、连带率、LTV等生意指标敏感，能清晰量化策略对销售增量的贡献；
