As part of both the EU and global HR teams, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with HR colleagues across Europe and contribute to broader global initiatives.
You'll Be Responsible For
• Acting as the primary HR partner for assigned business areas and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, organisational change, workforce planning, and other people-related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with Spanish employment legislation, internal policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Managing employee information, transactions, reporting, and HR processes through Workday.
• Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
• Leading and supporting employee engagement initiatives and related action plans.
• Designing or coordinating manager education and capability-building programmes.
• Supporting internal communication initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee connection.
• Coordinating local inclusion and compliance initiatives.
• Promoting awareness of AI, responsible adoption, and practical use cases across the workforce.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Supporting broader HR transformation and change management initiatives across a highly diverse, multicultural and talented workforce.
What You'll Bring to the Role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable broad HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting employee populations in regulated sectors such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, or a similarly compliance-focused environment.
