About the Team
We are hiring for a talented Enablement Architect to join our Partner Excellence team to help us deliver scaled, repeatable sales enablement for our
external sales-track partners as well as Workday's Global Partner Organization. Your goal is "simplicity at scale": creating frictionless paths for partners to learn, sell, and implement.
The Principal Curriculum Enablement Architect drives the overarching curriculum strategy, structuring, and sequencing of multi-modal, weeks-to-months-long global flagship programs (e.g., Partner Onboarding, Partner AI Upskilling, Product Training & more).
This high-impact role ensures that role ramp, foundational onboarding, and continuous upskilling are orchestrated as cohesive, world-class experiences rather than fragmented events. To achieve this, the Curriculum Architect partners extensively with counterparts across the business to align curriculum sequencing with role metrics, while collaborating with Product and Functional Architects to integrate and launch critical GTM initiatives seamlessly.
About the Role
This role splits time across three areas: building and maintaining global flagship programs and academies (50%), integrating mission-critical GTM initiatives into role-based onboarding and curriculum with Functional Architects (35%), and keeping our partner learning library accurate and aligned with GCOE standards through analytics, feedback, and audits (15%).
While the role is primarily scoped as above, you will be responsible for working with our entire team to set a global partner enablement strategy and architecture; help shift towards AI-driven role-based learning, improve our partner onboarding and sales-track accreditations and lead partner GA readiness for new products and major releases.
Key Responsibilities (Swim Lanes & Core Actions)
• Flagship Curriculum Architecture & Design: Define the overall scope, high-level objectives, structured learning maps, and sequential learning paths for weeks/months-long global programs and academies across Partners.
• Program Owner & Readiness Co-Design: Partner extensively with Program Owner counterparts and Role Readiness counterparts to co-design and maintain high-impact curriculum tracks, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with field metrics.
• Multi-Architect Collaboration: Collaborate actively with Product Architect and Functional Architects on critical business initiatives to support the build (if needed) and drive smooth curriculum integration.
• Content Governance & Quality Alignment: Provide strict content oversight across flagship programs; guide LXDs on content
