How we execute in Kenya will shape how we approach every market we enter after it, making this one of the most consequential engineering mandates in the business right now. This is the natural extension of our mission: to drive financial inclusion, and help millions of business owners and individuals across the African continent achieve financial happiness and success. So, now we are looking for our Engineering Manager to join us in Kenya About the role As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the successful delivery and execution of projects within your teams. To succeed in this role, you should have • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • 8-10 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar hands-on technical role. • 5+ years of strong experience building production systems using Java and Spring Boot. • Minimum 3 years of proven engineering leadership experience managing high-performing teams. • Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery. • Demon
