About the role
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind dir wichtig. Du sorgst durch die Reinigung der öffentlichen Bereiche für die Wohlfühlatmosphäre in deinem Motel One, dabei kümmerst Du dich um:
• Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der Motel One Standards im Bereich Sauberkeit
• Übernahme von diversen Aufgaben auf der Etage und Unterstützung des Zimmerreinigungspersonals, vor allem im Bereich Wäsche
• Professionelle und produktive Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdreinigungsfirmen
• Abteilungsübergreifende Einblicke in neue Tätigkeitsbereiche durch die Zusammenarbeit in unseren multikulturellen Teams
Ob als Hotelprofi oder im Quereinstieg – Du passt zu uns! Denn Persönlichkeit und Gastgeberqualitäten stehen bei uns an erster Stelle! Außerdem zeichnet dich aus:
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/ Gastronomie bzw. im Reinigungsbereich oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg
• Auge fürs Detail, sowie für Sauberkeit und Ordnung
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung
• Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft abteilungsübergreifend zu unterstützen – Wir erreichen unsere Erfolge gemeinsam
