US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
About Orakl Oncology
Every cancer patient deserves a treatment that works for them. Today, too many never get one in time: fewer than 5% of new cancer drugs make it through clinical trials and every failure costs patients precious time .
Orakl exists to change those odds.
We bridge biological and artificial intelligence by building large cohorts of virtual cancer patients: real patients’ tumors, paired with their medical history and deep biological data. By combining patient-derived tumor models, deep biological data and AI, we help pharmaceutical companies predict how cancer drugs will perform in patients, identify promising treatments and make better decisions earlier in development.
We were founded in 2023 by Fanny Jaulin, PhD, Diane-Laure Pagès, PhD and Gustave Ronteix, PhD as a spin-out from Gustave Roussy, one of Europe's leading cancer centers, building on a decade of research. We are backed by top international VC investors and we are scaling our technology and partnerships with pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
