US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
The Opportunity:
Data privacy has become one of the most strategic challenges facing modern enterprises — sitting at the intersection of AI governance, data operations, and customer trust. As companies adopt AI at scale, they need new ways to automate privacy and manage risk without slowing innovation. DataGrail has launched the first agentic privacy platform, and we're entering a pivotal phase of growth as we scale toward the next stage of the business.
DataGrail is shipping innovative products faster than ever before to meet our customers' needs and outpace the competition. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll build the launch and enablement engine that turns that product velocity into customer adoption and revenue. You’ll ensure every release reaches the right audience, equip our GTM teams to confidently communicate the value of new capabilities, and help customers understand how the DataGrail platform solves their most important privacy challenges.
This is a foundational, high-impact role. The systems, enablement programs, and AI-powered workflows you build during your first six months will shape how DataGrail brings new capabilities to market, helping accelerate adoption, support revenue growth and set the business up for long-term success.
What You'll Do
• Design and own a continuous launch program that scales with our release process
• Deliver field enablement that instills confidence and empowers customer-facing teams to effectively position new capabilities and win deals
• Own competitive and voice-of-customer intelligence, turning it into messaging, battlecards, and playbooks that convert our target buyer
• Use AI to build a repeatable product content workflow, producing consistent, high-performing product content across formats and channels
• Take full, end-to-end ownership of Tier 1 launches, including strategy, cross-functional coordination, execution, and measurement
• Partner across Growth, Product, Sales, and CS to build consensus and drive shared outcomes.
What You'll Bring
• 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• A track record of building (not just running) launch programs from scratch
• Strong positioning and product content instincts, ability to produce high-performing product content across formats and channels
• Expertise in using AI tools to build innovative, efficient solutions to complex challenges
• Strong project management skills, you’ve run multi-stage, multi-stakeholder initiatives with true ownership
• An understanding of what Sales and Customer Success teams need to effectively position, sell, and support new products
• Technical aptitude to understand complex concepts and translate them to compelling stories
Bonus Points
• Experience in privacy, security, or another trust-driven B2B category with complex competitive dynamics
• Experience owning competitive intelligence programs that directly informed product roadmap decisions
• A history of building AI-driven workflows that improve how teams work, not just your own personal productivity

Within 90 Days You'll:
• Adopt the existing launch tiering framework
• Become an SME on our story, positioning, ICP, and personas
• Identify gaps in current systems for a continuous-shipping world
