About the role

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. Location: Paris, France | #LI-Onsite Deal Strategy & Monetization at Everpure This team sits at the intersection of Sales and Finance and brings strategic guidance directly to senior leadership. You get much wider exposure than in most analyst roles: from strategic planning to live deal execution, and from an initial idea through to a full go-to-market plan. We work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to shape pricing and monetization strategy, influence product direction, and establish go-to-market plans. The Role You own deal strategy for EMEA South end to end and act as the senior point of contact for the region’s sales leadership. The role is both strategic and tactical: you support urgent, time-sensitive commercial decisions on live deals and shape longer-term pricing and monetization strategy in a business that continues to grow quickly. You will also share your expertise with less experienced colleagues on the team. What You Will Do • Build a deep understanding of Everpure’s business model, competitive landscape, and product offers • Review incoming deals for accuracy, fit, and alignment with policies and strategic initiatives • Own day-to-day commercial decisions for the region, escalating only the exceptions • Lead the construction of large and complex deals (spend commits, non-standard terms, multi-year structures) with sales leadership • Spot deal patterns and shape pricing and monetization strategies that help us win • Share deal knowledge and coach less experienced colleagues on the team • Create standard tools to support complex deals and decision making • Document processes, successful practices, and special sales programs • Support sales leadership with planning and commercial execution • Own data analysis and management; run and distribute business reports What You Bring (Must-Have) • Around 5 or more years of experience, with 3+ years in deal desk, deal strategy, pricing, commercial finance, or a comparable function • Strong financial skills and numeracy, comfortable assessing deal margin independently • A track record of influencing senior sales leaders and holding the line on margin and policy under pressure • A collaborative, proactive, service-oriented style: you say no with a creative alternative • Ability to get up to speed quickly on new topics and turn insight into action Business fluent in French and English • Quantitative undergraduate degree (business, finance, economics, science, engineering, or related) • Willingness to travel internationally Nice to Have • Spanish and/or Italian • Experience in the high-tech industry • Storage or data infrastructure industry experience • Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues What this role is not This is not a quota-carrying sales role and it is not a pure finance or reporting role. It is a senior commercial decision-support role: you are in the deal flow every day, balancing speed with policy and long-term strategy. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: • Innovation : We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers. • Growth : We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to som
