Implementation Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team in Longreach, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful deployment and integration of enterprise solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design implementation strategies, and ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to new platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope. • Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop comprehensive implementation plans and timelines • Lead implementation projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders • Configure and customize enterprise software solutions to align with client specifications and best practices • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve issues before go-live • Develop detailed technical documentation, process workflows, and system configuration guides • Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams to ensure successful system adoption • Manage stakeholder communications, including status updates, risk assessments, and change management activities • Troubleshoot implementation challenges and implement effective solutions in a timely manner • Monitor post-implementation performance and provide ongoing support during the stabilization phase • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to optimize system performance and user experience • Proven experience (3+ years) in enterprise software or system implementation projects • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines • Expertise in business process analysis and process improvement methodologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail • Proficiency in change management and stakeholder engagement strategies • Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar enterprise solutions • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques • Experience in training and knowledge transfer program development • Domain expertise in specific industries (finance, manufacturing, retail, or healthcare) is preferred • Willingness to travel to client sites as required for project delivery None
