Senior Product Manager, Futures

What You’ll Do: • Responsible for core derivative trading product management, specifically spot margin • Drive the development of product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications • Prioritise development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and manage product launches • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver best-in-class solutions and products • Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a product manager coupled with a good understanding of financial trading systems • Sound knowledge on financial products (especially on margin and futures product) and trading experience • Quick learner, can pick up new concepts quickly • High degree of initiative to work collaboratively across the team and independently • Familiarity with Agile workflow and ability to work within an Agile environment Why Binance • Shape the future of finance • Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure • Tackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy • Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning • Competitive salary and company benefits • Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
