About the role
At ServiceNow, our technology makes the world work for everyone, and our people make it possible. We move fast because the world can't wait, and we innovate in ways no one else can for our customers and communities. By joining ServiceNow, you become part of an ambitious team of change makers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer and partner experiences, and driving business transformation. Partners are central to this mission - they activate demand, deliver solutions, and extend our platform.
The role
We’re open to hiring at Manager or Senior Manager level, depending on experience. This role has two sides. You’ll lead our partner marketing (to and through) for the UK and Ireland as well as how we reach IT leaders directly. Expect roughly a 65/35 split. Across both, you will also be aligned to our Commercial GTM team – helping senior stakeholders and their teams utilize both your and the wider marketing organisation’s investments in our fast-growing sector.
Leading the IT buying group
IT is our most established segment. The growth is in moving the conversation from the service desk to the strategic agenda: AI-led operations, platform consolidation, and IT as a driver of enterprise transformation.
You’ll own our engagement with the teams that sit within CIOs and CTOs organisations including IT operations, service management and architecture. You’ll make global programmes land locally and build your own where UK and Ireland need something different. You’ll also feed local insight back into global planning.
• Plan and run roundtables, workshops and virtual experiences that create pipeline, progress deals and fuel consumption
• Work with sales on attendance, follow-up and opportunity creation
• Own budgets, vendors, timelines and results
Partner marketing
IT is where our partners are most mature, so you’ll start from a strong base. From there you’ll help build partner momentum in CRM, Risk & Security and EmployeeWorks.
• Build joint go-to-market plans and co-marketing programmes with strategic partners that create shared pipeline
• Work with EMEA and global partner marketing so our managed partners get a joined-up experience in the UK and Ireland.
• Drive partner sponsorship of AI Summit, Public Services Summit, SNUGs and World Forum, plus support UKI-specific sales enablement through GTM aligned events
• Use the Global MDF programme to drive participation, approve and audit campaigns, and measure ROI
• Track and report partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline
What you bring
• A strategist who loves execution. You set your own priorities, close the loop on results, and hold partners (and yourself) to account.
• Partner acumen. You understand partners are businesses with their own economics, and you can translate between their goals and ours.
• Commercial focus. You care about pipeline and ROI, build business cases, and change course based on data.
• Influence. You’re a trusted advisor to Sales, Alliances and GTM leadership, and you communicate with clarity and conviction.
Experience
• B2B technology marketing across field, partner, demand generation or integrated marketing (around 6+ years for Manager, 8+ for Senior Manager)
• A track record of programmes that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue through a strong partnership with sales / GTM teams.
• Experience with channels, resellers, systems integrators and hyperscalers (AWS preferred).
• Budget ownership and ROI measurement
• Practical use of AI such as Claude and Co-Pilot in marketing planning, execution or analysis
• Confidence with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• A background in enterprise software, SaaS or platform businesses
