H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About the Team:  The Access Security team is building the intelligence layer for the ServiceNow Veza Identity solution, helping enterprises answer one of their most important security questions: who and what can access critical resources, and what should be done about it? We turn complex identity and access data into clear, actionable product experiences so customers can uncover risky access, prioritize remediation, and reduce exposure before issues become incidents.  We are looking for a full stack Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain Access Security features that use AI to improve access intelligence, risk detection, and remediation workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences, from React-based interfaces and API design to secure, scalable backend services and AI-assisted workflows that operate reliably in enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in Go, Python, JavaScript, and React, practical AI integration experience, and ownership across the full software development lifecycle.  As a full stack engineer, you will shape both the user experience and the services behind it, translating complex access intelligence into intuitive workflows, responsive interfaces, and reliable APIs that help security teams move from insight to action.  What you’ll do:   • Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to define product experiences that balance customer value, usability, technical depth, performance, and business impact.  • Champion the responsible use of LLM frameworks, AI agents, and AI-driven access intelligence to create differentiated enterprise capabilities for identity and access use cases.  • Explore emerging technologies and patterns in identity and access management that help us deliver greater customer value while improving solution resilience, scalability, and performance.  • Participate in all technical aspects of team deliverables, including architecture, design, quality, performance, maintainability, and code reviews.  • Integrate automated testing into development workflows to ensure consistent quality across releases.   • Design and build intuitive, performant user interfaces that help customers investigate access risk, understand recommendations, and take remediation actions with confidence.  • Adopt and improve engineering practices, raising quality standards, and fostering continuous improvement in testing, reliability, and production readiness.  • Own end-to-end feature delivery, steering capabilities from early product discovery and architecture through implementation, release, operational oversight, and ongoing stability.  This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of identity security, AI, and full stack product engineering, with room to influence technical direction, shape customer-facing experiences, and help define how enterprises understand and remediate access risk.  • Applied AI experience: Practical experience integrating AI, ML, or LLM capabilities into production workflows, such as decision support, risk analysis, automation, or security-focused access intelligence.  • Experience: 8+ years in full stack software development, with technical hands-on experience building complex Enterprise production software including frontend and backend portions  • Languages and architecture: Strong proficiency in Go, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with other key programming languages such as Python or Java, with the ability to make sound architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems.  • Apply modern frontend engineering practices, including component design, state management, accessibility, observability, and frontend performance optimization.  • Data and APIs: Expertise
