About the role
Responsabilités :
· Assurer la fonction de Conseiller en Prévention du site conformément à la législation belge
· Piloter les programmes de santé, de sécurité et d’environnement sur l’ensemble de l’usine
· Réaliser des analyses de risques, des audits et des enquêtes d’incidents
· Soutenir les systèmes de management ISO 45001 et ISO 14001
· Mener des initiatives environnementales, des projets de réduction des déchets et de durabilité
· Dispenser des formations SE et promouvoir une culture proactive du « Safety First »
· Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Opérations, Maintenance, Qualité, Supply Chain, RH, les sous-traitants et les collaborateurs
