Role We are looking for a Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance in the Investor Relations & Strategic Finance department. In this critical position, you will drive key investor relations projects and play a pivotal role in our quarterly earnings processes. You will also lead high-impact strategic finance initiatives that support our long-term growth, competitive positioning, and operational success. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) • Support the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of earnings press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, Q&A documents, and accompanying work • Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry and peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and ad-hoc projects to support strategic initiatives • Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify and synthesize key trends, and gain insight into critical metrics, drivers, and scalability • Collaborate on the execution of our annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences • Support high-impact corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning Who You Are (Success Profile) • You are a relentless problem-solver who is energized by finding solutions and tackling hard challenges to deliver the greatest impact. • You embody a true growth mindset, continuously seeking feedback and developing yourself to become a stronger partner and purposeful teammate. • You operate with urgency and a bias for action, balancing speed and quality to rapidly deliver high-impact results. • You are driven by innovation and curiosity, constantly seeking better, more scalable ways to accelerate transformation and solve complex challenges. • You are highly data-driven, leveraging analytics and evidence to guide informed decisions and measure what truly matters. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • 5+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with a strong interest in equity market operations and stock drivers • Strong financial modeling skills and advanced valuation depth, with the capability to confidently discuss valuation frameworks for M&A and due diligence • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes wi
