- H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
About the Role:
Hearing care is changing fast, and the groups that run hundreds or thousands of clinics are choosing the software that will carry them through it. As Enterprise Global Account Executive at Auditdata, you will carry the number for new and expanded recurring revenue across a small, deliberately mixed portfolio of global accounts.
This is a role for someone who wants to build, not maintain. You will sell alongside the people who actually decide: no layers to push through, no waiting for permission.
Your portfolio:
• One global account with a large installed base and strong relationships: Your job is depth - more countries, more sites, more modules.
• One global whitespace account: Your job is entry - build the case from nothing and win the first country.
• One country-opening initiative: Take Auditdata into a market where we are not yet present.
Who you sell with: the VP EMEA, the CEO, the Head of Services and the VP Product Management on your accounts. You will align with the VP Marketing on account-based marketing and campaigns against your targets, and pull in pre-sales and customer success whenever you need them.
What You Will Do:
• Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clinic owners, operations, IT, clinical leads and finance.
• Build the business case in the customer's own numbers: efficiency, clinical quality and growth.
• Negotiate terms with Legal and Finance, from a single-site pilot to a multi-country framework agreement.
• Shape the roadmap with Product Management and R&D, so the solution is ready when the deal is.
• Land and expand after signature, growing each account long after the first contract.
• Own an accurate forecast and a living account plan for every account in your portfolio.
What You Bring:
• 5+ years closing B2B software or medtech deals, with a track record.
• Experience selling to multi-site Enterprise companies within the Life Sciences industry. Examples include medtech, retail, clinical or franchise organisations.
• Fluency in value selling, with a defined methodology such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
• Fluent English plus a second European language, such as German or French.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
• A self-directed mindset: you will be building this territory, not maintaining it.
What's in It for You:
• Remote-first and async-friendly with flat organizational structure
• A modern IT environment: leading AI tools, HubSpot CRM and the means to automate your go-to-market.
• A real career path and leadership track, with development and certification support.
• A global, diverse team of 200+ colleagues across 30+ nationalities.
• A product held to ISO 13485 and EU MDR, and a mission that matters: do this well and more people hear better, sooner.
Don't tick every box? Apply anyway.
We look forward to your application! ( please submit your CV in English and a few lines on why this role interests you )
