H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About Osano Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape. About the Role Osano is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help build and execute programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of demand generation. You'll own campaigns from idea through execution and measurement, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time. We're looking for someone who is comfortable digging into performance data, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously improving how we generate and convert demand. You'll have meaningful ownership over your programs without direct people-management responsibilities. What You'll Do • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and programs end to end to drive qualified pipeline against Osano's revenue goals. • Build multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content syndication, sponsorships, webinars and events, content, organic channels, and account-based marketing. • Own Osano's in-house paid media program across core and emerging channels like Google/Bing search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT • Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and the needs of the go-to-market organization. • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling campaign messaging, offers, and assets for key audiences and stages of the buyer journey. • Work with Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns, lead flows, attribution, and reporting are set up accurately within our marketing and CRM systems. • Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where we should invest next. • Analyze funnel performance across lead generation, conversion, pipeline creation, and revenue to identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop audience segments and targeted programs based on industry, persona, account characteristics, intent, and buyer behavior. • Test and optimize messaging, channels, creative, audiences, and conversion paths to continually improve campaign performance. • Help develop and refine Osano's account-based marketing strategy and execute programs targeting high-value accounts. • Manage campaign budgets and make recommendations on how to allocate spend based on performance and business priorities. • Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain strong campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution. • Stay current on demand generation trends, channels, and tools, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team. • Share campaign insights and results with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders, translating performance data into clear recommendations and next steps. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS or technology. • Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue. • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing programs influence prospects from initial awareness through opportunity creation. •
