LinkedIn has also recognized Workwize as one of the Top 10 Startups for 2025 in the Netherlands! The team you'd join RevOps owns reporting, systems, tooling and automation across the commercial department: sales, marketing and customer success. We make the numbers trustworthy and the processes hold, and we work with the CCO and the department heads on what the commercial organisation does next. We're builders. Most of what we run on, we built ourselves: the reporting and forecasting tooling, the data layer underneath it. When something can be built better internally than bought, we build it. It's a young, technical, fairly impatient team. Everyone works outside their title, everyone ships, and nobody waits for permission to fix something that's broken. We're also where the commercial team comes when deciding where to focus: which segments and accounts to go after, where the funnel leaks, what to fix first, and how the plan for next quarter comes together. Good RevOps is as much about choosing the right problems as solving them. What you'd own You'd lead projects end to end and own whole areas of the commercial stack outright: working out what's actually wrong, making the case for fixing it, designing and building the solution, and driving the adoption that makes it count. That covers: • the data models, metric definitions and reporting the commercial organisation runs on, and the analysis that goes to the leadership team • routing, handovers, lifecycle and stage definitions, pipeline hygiene, attribution and deal desk • the forecast process itself, plus capacity, territory and target design with the commercial leads • the agents and workflows over all of it: enrichment and hygiene that maintains itself, call and ticket analysis that flags what a person would have missed, account briefings already written by the time someone opens them • GTM engineering: segmentation, targeting and ICP strategy, account scoring, and the prospecting and enrichment workflows that put the right accounts in front of the right reps You'd work with our CCO and the heads of sales, marketing and customer success, setting priorities with them, not taking tickets from them. Nobody here owns one narrow lane. What you take on in your first year depends mostly on what you show you can carry, and there is far more work than there are people to do it. What we're looking for • You build. You've shipped real things, probably some outside work too. You use coding agents to attempt what you couldn't do alone, and an unfamiliar system or dataset doesn't slow you down for long. • You think commercially. You care what a number means for the business, not just whether the query ran. You can tell the difference between a reporting artefact and a real problem. • You're opinionated about the work. You have a view on where revenue operations is heading and on what should be automated and what shouldn't. • You want to own things. You'd sooner be accountable for whether a project worked than be handed tasks. You escalate the decisions that warrant it, not all of them. You've taken projects from first idea all the w
