Job Summary: What you need to know about the role: We're looking for a Finance Manager to be the analytical engine behind our payments economics. You'll own the data, reporting and dashboards that explain how our Total Processing Volume (TPV), revenue and transaction expenses (interchange, scheme fees and processing fees) turn into transaction margin. Most of our pricing is Interchange++ (IC+), so cost changes flow through to revenue. Meet our team: You'll join the Payments Finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. The team owns revenue and transaction expense performance for the business. We work closely with Accounting on month-end close and reconciliation, with Corporate Finance on forecasting and planning, and with Product on pricing and margin initiatives. We're a small, hands-on team that values curiosity, ownership and clear answers to messy questions.
