• Identify dependencies, remove execution blockers, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Drive strategic programs focused on improving platform availability, resiliency, reliability, and operational maturity.
• Partner with SRE and Engineering teams to identify reliability risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish structured review mechanisms for reliability, resiliency, performance, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Champion engineering best practices including observability, automation, self-healing, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate major releases, platform upgrades, migrations, and production rollouts involving multiple engineering teams.
• Manage release risks, dependencies, issue resolution, rollback planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive automation initiatives that improve reliability and reduce operational overhead.
• Influence technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence.
Experience
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and modern platform engineering practices.
• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems
