Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.   Main responsibilities:   • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with developers on automation solutions • Manage automation projects globally across RPA, AI/ML, Power Automate, and Intelligent Document Processing platforms • Conduct process analysis, identify automation opportunities, and create comprehensive documentation • Lead stakeholder relationships, define business cases, and manage project risks across functions • Support solution development through testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and business guidance • Develop automation policies, standards, and maintain knowledge base for continuous improvement   About you   •  Experience : 4-6 years in automation projects as business analyst, data scientist, or project manager •  Technical skills : Understanding of RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred), Microsoft Power Platform, AI frameworks, and enterprise systems •  Process knowledge : Experience in Finance, HR, Procurement, or other business functions preferred •  Project management : Professional certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince2) and Agile/Scrum experience preferred •  Education : Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration degree preferred •  Languages : Fluent English required Be part of something exceptional.
