A Day in the Life We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor – Data Science / AI Development to join the GOSC Hyperautomation Team. The role involves hands-on development of Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation solutions, along with team leadership and project delivery responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, ML/DL, NLP, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI, with the ability to lead developers, manage priorities, and deliver scalable AI solutions. In addition to hands-on technical development, this role will be responsible for team supervision, technical mentoring, resource planning, project coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of AI and Hyperautomation initiatives. This is a hands-on technical leadership position, combining approximately 60% technical development, 25% project management/delivery coordination and 15% team leadership. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. • Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design, and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms. • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management. • Provides direction for the effort required to protect the company's data, tools, and information systems. • Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility. • Usually requires subject matter knowledge of user group for practical application of system characteristics. • Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted. • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. • Functional Skills: Knowledge of Information Systems, Execution of Business Processes, Operational Planning, IT Service or Process Management, Metric and SLA Monitoring. • Management Skills: Management of People & Resources, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Collaboration and Productivity Software, Effective Communication.
