About the role
TYTAN Technologies
The PACE is fast. The expectations are high. The contribution matters. Working at TYTAN is more than a job, this is a mission. We push boundaries, think big, and hold ourselves to the highest standard. Our mission and values guide everything we do, and we're looking for people who are driven by ownership, embrace challenges, and are energized by meaningful work. If you're motivated by impact and thrive in dynamic environments, you'll fit right in.
At TYTAN , we aim to set a global standard in autonomous air defense with AI-driven, cost-efficient systems that counter unmanned aerial threats at scale. We protect people. We protect critical infrastructure. We protect European sovereignty.
Scaling our mission takes more than great people, it takes reliable processes, clear structures, and a People function that keeps everything running smoothly. As our HR Operations & Process Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining the foundations that support our team. From employee support and HR administration to payroll coordination and process improvement, you’ll help ensure that our People operations are accurate, efficient, and reliable.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a tangible impact. You’ll work across different areas of HR, help improve how we operate, and grow into broader responsibilities as our company scales.
Your roadmap to make an impact
• Employee support & documentation: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely, helpful support throughout the employee lifecycle. Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, Arbeitsbescheinigungen, EZB, employment references, and other employee documents, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Payroll coordination: Support payroll preparation and related processes, ensuring that employee data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time for smooth payroll execution.
• Employee data & records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel master data and employee documentation, handling sensitive information with the highest levels of precision, confidentiality, and care.
• HR processes & continuous improvement: Take ownership of operational topics, identify opportunities to improve existing processes, and help make our HR operations more efficient as we scale. You enjoy figuring things out, tackling new challenges, and turning ideas into practical solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the company to coordinate HR-related topics, resolve questions, and ensure that processes run smoothly from start to finish.
• Learn & grow : Build experience across HR Operations and the employee lifecycle, expand your skill set, and take on increasing responsibility as our People function evolves.
• Experience: 5+ years in HR operations, personnel administration or a similar role.
• Ownership & initiative: You take responsibility, follow things through and solve problems proactively rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Fast learner & hands-on mindset: You pick up new topics quickly, enjoy figuring things out and are happy to jump into different areas.
• Reliable & detail-oriented: You’re highly organised and precise, especially when handling employee data, contracts, payroll and other sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills: You’re approachable, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
• Languages: Fluent German and strong English, written and spoken.
Why TYTAN?
• Build technology with real operational impact: Develop autonomous defense systems designed to protect lives and strengthen Europe’s security
• Shape scalable defense
