About the role
Tracksuit exists to help marketers prove their brand building is working. We give teams the data they need to make smarter decisions, convince stakeholders, defend budgets, and track their progress. The brand tracking industry is dominated by 100-page reports, static data and big price-tags. We're doing things differently by being built for the modern marketer: always-on, accessible, and approachable.
We're now tracking more than 1,000 brands across 25 countries globally. With offices in Auckland, Sydney, London and New York City, we're scaling fast with a brilliant team of collaborative and ambitious humans. Our culture is defined by "high care, high performance". We strive to be the best and look after each other while we do it.
Most UK marketers still track their brand the way it was done twenty years ago: slowly, expensively and a few times a year. We think that's worth fixing, and we need someone on the ground to make the UK hear about it.
Are you our Marketing Lead in the UK?
The UK is one of Tracksuit's fastest-growing markets, and we're ready to back it with a dedicated marketing lead. This is a hands-on role where you own the work yourself. You'll turn that momentum into pipeline and a brand UK marketers actually want to buy from, with global specialists in brand, growth, product marketing, content and creative behind you. As the market grows, you'll build a small team around you.
What you'll do
• Own marketing outcomes for the UK, working hand in hand with our UK Sales team
• Take responsibility for UK pipeline, and share the retention goal with our Customer and Product teams
• Take our global campaigns and make them land in the UK, and run your own local campaigns end to end
• Build a community of UK marketers through small, high-trust events, and show up at the roundtables and industry conversations that matter
• Build partnerships with agencies, platforms and creators that put Tracksuit in front of the right people
• Feed what you learn about the UK market back to our global teams
• Lay the groundwork for a UK team, from playbooks to the case for your first team hires
What we're looking for
• Marketing experience that leans towards events, partnerships (brand and creator) and community, rather than pure growth or product marketing
• Either a B2C marketer who deeply understands challenger, brand-led customers, or a B2B SaaS marketer from a brand-led, far-from-boring environment. B2B SaaS is a plus, not a must
• A track record of driving pipeline alongside a sales team, with the numbers to show it
• Strong relationships in the UK marketing and agency world, or a talent for building them fast
• A challenger mindset and a sharp point of view on how to win against bigger players
• Kind, curious and self-driven
Bonus points if you've led or mentored people before, as this role will grow a team over time.
Why you'll love it
• Room to build. You'll shape how we show up in the UK from a strong base, and your work shows up directly in the results.
• Growth with the lights on. The market is already moving fast.
• Room to grow. As we expand, this role can grow with us, and we’ll build the team around you
• Great people. A global team of specialists who want you to succeed
We care about building a team with a range of backgrounds and perspectives. If you're excited by this role but don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.
