About the role
Note: Partly is headquartered in Austin, TX with offices in London, UK, Christchurch, NZ and Auckland, NZ. Wherever you're based, we'll connect you with your nearest office for onboarding, and fly you to join the full team for our quarterly "Season Openers" (we cover travel and accommodation). If you're relocating to join us, we can also assist with relocation costs.
🚀 Our Story
Partly is building the infrastructure for anyone to repair anything. We believe everything built should be repairable, and we're building frontier AI to put repair knowledge to work, starting with the $2tn automotive market.
Our model, Interpreter, is the first AI purpose-built to understand repair. Trained on 1M+ car models and 1B+ parts, it reads a repair job the way an estimator does, resolves damage into the exact purchasable part, and shows its reasoning with a confidence score. On real production jobs, an estimator working with Interpreter reaches 98.8% parts-list accuracy, against 92.1% with today's tools. It powers PartlyRepair, used by collision shops, workshops and suppliers to take the admin off the job; PartlyLabs, the agentic infrastructure enterprises use to deploy Interpreter across their own workflows; and a developer API.
Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we've raised a $50m Series B led by DST Global (Anthropic, Airbnb, Meta, TikTok, Spotify), with Blackbird Ventures, WNDR, Activant Capital, Icehouse Ventures, Square Peg, Airtree and Ecliptic Venture Capital. Hear it from the team: Why Partly exists and AI at Partly .
🖍️ This role
Repairers are Partly's flagship customer and PartlyRepair AI is our flagship product. You own Partly's relationship with the UK's largest repair groups, from the first conversation to every site ordering.
You lead the largest accounts yourself. You sit across the table from the CFOs and commercial directors of groups running hundreds of sites, and your job is to make sure being on the panel turns into volume flowing through the platform: site commitments, mandates, pricing and the rollout plan behind them.
You also run a small team of four: an AE bringing new groups onto the network, and account managers who get signed sites live and converting. The measure of success is that the commercial standard you set becomes how the whole team works.
💻 What will you do
Lead our largest repair groups
• Own the senior relationship with our largest groups, including the CFO and commercial leadership
• Take signed accounts from panel presence to genuine wallet share
• Drive cross-sell of new products across our installed base
Land the groups still outside the network
• Personally lead the largest unsigned groups, including insurer owned networks
• Own the named account list and its tiering
• Structure the terms, not just the signature: site commitments, supply mandates and pricing
• Build a joint account plan with the supplier team where the same buyer holds both relationships
Run the rollout
• Own the rollout plan for every strategic account: which sites go live when, who on the customer side owns each step, and what has to be true first
• Run product rollouts into your accounts, for example invoice reconciliation, Repair AI and new ordering flows, from pilot sites to the whole group
• Hold every signed group to a site and conversion plan, and find and fix what stops sites ordering
Build the partnerships around our repair groups
• Identify the partnerships that make repair groups more successful on Partly
• Make the case for each one, agree what it unlocks for the customer, and work with product and leadership to land it
• Use partnerships to open doors into groups still outside the network
Shape the product
• Be the voice of the largest groups in product decisions: what they need, in what order,
