Project Manager (IT and Connectivity)

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a **Project Manager (IT and connectivity)** to join our client's data centre projects on a permanent, full-time basis. The position is based in the Helsinki area and requires travel to project sites across Finland as needed.To succeed in this role, you will need experience in telecommunications and fibre optic infrastructure, strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering technical projects in a client-facing environment. Existing networks and relationships with Finnish telecom operators and infrastructure contractors are highly valued.You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of telecommunications connections across multiple data centre projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients, operators, contractors and technical delivery teams.**Main tasks and responsibilities:**- Plan and coordinate the implementation of telecommunications and fibre optic connections across various data centre projects - Manage project schedules, monitor milestones and coordinate project dependencies with clients and partners - Build and maintain relationships with Finnish telecom operators and infrastructure contractors - Coordinate the work of operators, installation contractors and other stakeholders throughout the different project phases - Act as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication regarding project requirements, progress and priorities - Identify implementation risks, resolve collaboration and scheduling challenges and escalate issues when necessary - Leverage local industry knowledge and professional networks to support the smooth delivery of projects **Requirements:**- Relevant experience in telecommunications, fibre optic infrastructure, network connectivity, or a similar technical field - Experience in project management, implementation coordination or delivering technical projects in a client-facing environment - Good understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, fibre optic connections and installation project delivery - Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage schedules and ensure agreed actions are completed - Established working relationships with Finnish telecom operators or infrastructure contractors - Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel to project sites across Finland - Finnish and English language skills We follow pay transparency principles and the salary level and the criteria used to determine it will be communicated to candidates before the interview.Due to GDPR regulations, applications will only be accepted through our official application system.Please note that due to clients urgent need only applicants with a valid working permit / EU-citizenship can be considered.We manage this recruitment process internally and therefore do not require support from external recruitment agencies.**If you have any questions, please contact:** Sanna Uronen, HR Coordinator, +358 40 176 5270, sanna.uronen@enersense.com **About us:**We are Enersenses Expert Services team.
