About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager with a creative profile who, in addition to publishing and responding on social media, has the knowledge and ability to come up with content ideas and work together with the Strategy and Creativity team.
As a general task, they will handle the day-to-day social media management of assigned brands within the Strategy team at R/GA. The focus is ensuring that each piece has an idea behind it, respects the brand's identity, and drives the client's goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Planning and publishing
• Create and maintain the content calendar, combining campaigns, always-on, and tactical content.
• Publish and schedule across all platforms, taking care of visual quality and compliance with the brandbook.
• Collaborate on the implementation of organic and paid campaigns alongside the Media team.
Ideas and content
• Propose content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and native formats for each platform, with a clear concept behind them.
• Write copy and short scripts with good storytelling, adapting the brand tone to each social network.
• Work with the Strategy, Design, and Creativity teams on the development of pieces, providing clear briefs and feedback on what works on social media.
Moderation and Reporting
• Moderate and respond to comments and messages using the brand's voice, generating conversation rather than just providing answers.
• Monitor the community to detect trends, conversations, risks, and opportunities.
• Escalate and support the management of crisis situations alongside the account team and the client.
• Provide support for digital activations and campaigns with influencers, creators, and user-generated content (UGC).
• Track performance metrics, build reports, and turn results into concrete learnings for future content.
• Participate in client meetings when necessary, presenting content and results.
What We Are Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media specialist, ideally in an agency setting managing more than one brand.
• Portfolio or examples of content you have conceptualized and produced (accounts, pieces, campaigns). This is the first thing we will look at.
• Excellent writing skills and storytelling, with the ability to switch tones according to the brand and platform.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn: formats, algorithms, and trends.
• Experience with management, scheduling, and listening tools (such as Sprinklr, Metricool, Hootsuite, or similar) is valued.
• Ability to read metrics and translate them into concrete content improvements.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and work with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Degree or advanced studies in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
• Higher English proficiency.
Bonus points if you have
• Experience in content production with influencers, creators, or UGC.
• Affinity with the wine, beverage, or lifestyle category.
• Photography skills and basic video production for social media.
• Experience presenting ideas and results to clients.
• Experience managing a personal account or community that demonstrates your judgment and voice.
