Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Systems Security Engineer (T-03) / Sr. Principal Systems Security Engineer (T-04). This position is located in Roy, Utah and supports the Sentinel program. The Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team is seeking a motivated and qualified Principal Systems Security Engineer or Senior Principal Systems Security Engineer to perform vulnerability and risk analysis and mitigations. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing system security vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation for the overall program and communicate those results to relevant stakeholders. Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following : • Support the SSE Risk Assessment Team in the execution of Program Initiatives • Review and recommend system security designs to relevant stakeholders; additionally, you will assess and propose mitigations to system security vulnerabilities and risks throughout the program life cycle • Execute completion Statement of Work requirements, Program Milestone Exit Criteria, and program maturity commitments • Support MDT with other duties as assigned • Travel: 10% • In addition to technical skills, you will be a self-starter with strong time management skills. Your organizational skills and ability to anticipate future challenges will serve you well Basic Qualifications:     This requisition may be filled at either the Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03) or Sr Principal Systems Engineer level (T-04). Required for Both Levels: • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years • Must be able to obtain & maintain Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs • Demonstratable experience researching, interpreting, and developing mitigations for vulnerabilities • Demonstratable experience creating risks and developing mitigation plans for those risks • Strong written communication skills; experience developing documentation Systems Engineer (T03 Level): • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM
