Job Description Summary -Lead scientific engagement with their Medical Experts. Implement clinical and educational strategies and respond to unsolicited medical enquiries.   Job Description Responsabilidades- • Construir relaciones científicas de alto impacto con Expertos Médicos (MEs) y líderes de opinión, brindando intercambio científico y médico basado en evidencia. • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de engagement para fortalecer colaboraciones con expertos clave alineadas con las prioridades médicas del país. • Responder consultas médicas complejas y proporcionar información científica actualizada para apoyar la toma de decisiones en salud. • Impulsar la investigación clínica, colaborando con investigadores y centros para optimizar la ejecución de estudios y el desarrollo de nuevas terapias. • Facilitar estudios iniciados por investigadores (IITs) y fomentar oportunidades de generación de evidencia científica. • Actuar como referente médico-científico interno, colaborando con equipos multifuncionales para maximizar el impacto en pacientes y profesionales de la salud. • Liderar el compromiso científico en tu territorio, implementando estrategias clínicas y educativas que posicionen a Novartis como un socio confiable en innovación médica.
