US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About Tia Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike. Tia is seeking a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant to lead clinical care and provider teams across an assigned market. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will oversee clinical medical directors and staff providers who serve patients in your market. The team may include primary care and women’s health providers, and acupuncturists. You will partner with market leadership, clinical operations, and clinic operations managers to improve clinical quality, patient access and experience, provider engagement, and operational performance. As a member of Tia’s clinical leadership team, you will help translate company priorities into effective clinical practices. This role combines clinical leadership with direct patient care, with approximately one day per week dedicated to seeing patients. What You’ll Do Lead and develop clinical teams • Manage clinical leaders and providers, either directly or through medical and acupuncture managers. • Support recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and retention of a high-quality clinical team. • Provide clear expectations, regular feedback, and coaching to strengthen performance and develop future leaders. • Build a collaborative, inclusive culture across virtual and in-person care teams.
