No salary bar for this route
Canada has no single salary bar: the employer usually needs a positive LMIA. Pay at or above the provincial median wage + 20% (e.g. C$36.92/h in Ontario) puts it in the high-wage stream. Canada: Express Entry no longer awards ranking points for job offers (since 25 Mar 2025); a job offer still counts toward Federal Skilled Worker eligibility.

As Vice President, Fleet – Canada at SIXT, you will own the full fleet lifecycle strategy — from procurement and demand planning to utilization, optimization, and remarketing — across one of our most exciting and fast-growing markets. If you are a bold, results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence, financial performance, and building teams that win, this is your moment. Step into the driver's seat and help shape the future of mobility in Canada.   YOUR ROLE AT SIXT • You support senior executive leadership by developing and executing a comprehensive Canada fleet strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, operational priorities, and financial goals • You lead the company's remarketing strategy to maximize asset value, accelerate inventory turnover, and expand the regional dealer network across Canada, executing remarketing strategies that optimize returns by balancing direct-to-dealer sales with wholesale auction channels • You manage the end-to-end fleet lifecycle, including vehicle procurement, demand and capacity planning, utilization, inventory optimization, fleet allocation, asset performance, vehicle disposition, and remarketing across Canadian markets • You liaise with senior leaders, OEM partners, auction providers, transportation vendors, dealerships, digital marketplaces, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships and maximize commercial and financial outcomes • You maintain operational and financial excellence by establishing performance metrics, strengthening governance and controls, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulatory requirements — including provincial vehicle registration, safety standards, and Transport Canada requirements — mitigating risk, and implementing scalable, data-driven processes across fleet operations • You receive and leverage market intelligence, financial performance data, forecasting models, and operational insights to optimize fleet decisions, manage residual value risk, anticipate market trends, and identify opportunities to increase profitability across the Canadian fleet portfolio • You assist in advancing SIXT's Canada growth strategy by building, developing, and leading a high-performing Fleet organization while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement   YOUR SKILLS MATTER • Experience  You have 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in fleet management, vehicle procurement, remarketing, automotive finance, asset management, mobility, transportation, or a related industry, including significant experience leading complex business functions and geographically dispersed teams across the Canadian market • Education  You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Automotive Management, Operations, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred, and you are legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship • Licensing  You hold, or can promptly obtain, the applicable provincial sales and/or dealer licenses required to conduct vehicle remarketing and disposition activities (e.g., OMVIC registration in Ontario, or equivalent motor vehicle dealer licensing in other provinces of operation) • Language Requirements  Preferred if you can communicate in both English and French (written and verbal), enabling effective engagement with stakeholders, teams, and partners across Canada, including Quebec • Technical Proficiency  You possess strong financial and analytical capabilities and are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications, business intelligence tools, forecasting models, and fleet or asset managemen
