About the role
We are hiring a Global Marketing Manager to own marketing for Veremark’s whistleblowing product, with a primary focus on APAC, the Middle East and EMEA.
You will own the marketing plan, a dedicated budget and commercial performance, driving demand from new clients and growing adoption across our existing client base. You will work across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Product and Revenue Operations to turn market opportunities into campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
This is a hands-on role. You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns, build nurture journeys and coordinate specialist support across content, paid search, design and web. You will be accountable for priorities, delivery and results across the product’s marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the global whistleblowing marketing plan and budget, prioritising markets, audiences and channels against agreed pipeline, revenue and adoption targets.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across email, paid media, organic search, webinars and events, adapting messaging and execution to regional buying needs.
• Work with Product, Product Marketing and Sales to sharpen positioning, buyer profiles and messaging for HR, compliance, legal and risk audiences.
• Own the whistleblowing content plan, working with Content and subject-matter experts to deliver landing pages, guides, case studies and sales materials that support the buying journey.
• Set keyword and paid search priorities with Performance Marketing, aligning buyer intent, ad messaging and landing pages; review lead quality and conversion to improve spend efficiency.
• Select and run relevant events and webinars based on audience fit and commercial potential, owning promotion, sales follow-up and performance evaluation.
• Build, maintain and optimise segmented nurture journeys and marketing automation that convert new prospects into sales-ready opportunities.
• Partner with Account Management on cross-sell and customer campaigns that increase whistleblowing awareness, purchase and adoption across existing clients.
• Align with regional Sales teams on campaign priorities, lead handover and follow-up, using feedback to improve qualification and conversion.
• Work with Revenue Operations to maintain reliable tracking and report on budget, demo requests, qualified pipeline, revenue contribution and customer adoption by market and channel.
• Continuously test and optimise audiences, messaging, content, landing pages and nurture flows, reallocating budget towards activity that delivers commercial results.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or a scale-up environment.
• Proven ownership of integrated marketing campaigns, budgets and measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building and optimising email nurture journeys, segmentation and marketing automation, ideally using HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of paid search, keyword strategy, content and conversion optimisation, with the ability to brief specialists and challenge performance.
• Experience selecting and delivering webinars or events with clear commercial objectives and structured follow-up.
• Comfortable working across Sales, Account management and Product, with experience supporting both new customer acquisition and customer expansion.
• Highly organised and commercially focused, with the ability to execute independently and coordinate delivery across markets and time zones.
• Experience across APAC, the Middle East and/or EMEA is strongly preferred. Experience in whistleblowing, compliance, RegTech, HR tech or complex B2B buying journeys is a plus.
