Senior QA Engineer

This role is available on Contract (Inside IR35) bases, initially for 6 months. Key Duties and Responsibilities As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in defining our quality approaches, building scalable automation frameworks, and championing best practices across the development lifecycle. This role isn't just about finding bugs; it’s about collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous innovation. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your technical leadership can make a tangible impact, we would love to meet you. • Strategy & Collaboration: Shaping testing approaches for complex features, embedding risk analysis into the workflow, and guiding exploratory testing efforts. • Framework Architecture: Building and evolving modular, reusable, and scalable automation components, and seamlessly integrating quality checks into CI/CD pipelines. • NFR Integration: Designing and automating tests for performance, security, and accessibility to ensure quality is built-in from the very start. • Code Quality & Standards: Participating in peer code reviews to maintain robust automation standards and ensure overall software reliability.
