About the role
事業成長に伴い、生産戦略および事業計画機能を強化するため、課長職を募集します。
本ポジションは製造現場を管理するだけではなく、将来の事業成長を見据えた生産能力計画、内外製区分の検討、投資計画立案、生産拠点戦略などを推進し、事業と工場をつなぐ役割を担います。
【主な業務内容】
1. 生産能力計画
中長期需要に基づく生産能力計画の策定
設備投資計画の立案
工場稼働率改善施策の企画・推進
2. 内外製区分検討
Make or Buy方針の策定
外注活用戦略の立案
コスト・品質・納期を踏まえた最適生産体制の検討
3. 事業成長支援
生産面からの事業成長シナリオ策定
新製品立上げ計画支援
将来製品ポートフォリオ検討への参画
4. 工場業務改善
工場KPIの分析
生産性向上施策の推進
業務プロセス改善プロジェクトのリード
5. 関係部門との連携
製造、調達、SCM、設計・開発、営業営業の各部門との連携による課題解決
【必須】
製造業経験10年以上
生産企画、工場企画、事業企画、生産管理いずれかの経験
プロジェクトマネジメント経験
数値に基づく事業分析能力
ビジネス英語力(目安: TOEIC 700点以上)
ネイティブレベル日本語力
