Working Student (m/w/d) - Pre Sales Support

As a Working Student, you will support our Pre-Sales team in preparing presentations, demos and proposals that showcase the value of our compliance solutions to potential clients. Responsibilities • Support the Pre-Sales team in preparing product presentations and demonstrations, e.g. slides, demo scenarios and test data • Assist in responding to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) by researching information, compiling answers and maintaining our response library • Help keep our demo environments up-to-date, including creating test data and checking new product features after releases • Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials and presentation templates • Support proof of concept projects, e.g. with data preparation and documentation of results • Conduct market and competitor research in the field of RegTech, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud • Document customer feedback and prepare it for the product development team Requirements • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Banking, Computer Science, or a related field • Interest in software and technology; interest in the financial sector or compliance topics is a plus • Structured and accurate way of working, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics • Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude • Good communication skills, team spirit and a proactive attitude • First practical experience from an internship or student job is an advantage, but not a must • Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus Benefits • Make the World Safer : Contribute to preventing financial crime and help our customers create a safer world. • Be Part of an Established RegTech : Make a difference at a leading RegTech company in Switzerland. • International Exposure : Expand your horizons by working with international customers on various challenging projects and markets in a dynamic, multicultural team. • Ownership and Development : Make an impact and develop yourself by taking on significant ownership and responsibility from the beginning. • Paid Further Education : Take advantage of opportunities for paid further education to enhance your skills and career growth. The anticipated salary for a Working Student – Pre Sales Support in Bensheim, Germany is EUR 18.000 gross per year based on a 20 hours working week (50 % employment level).
