About the role

Do you want to own how our commercial systems are built, and lead the developers who build them? If yes, then you might be our new colleague as our new CRM Technical Lead. About the role As CRM Technical Lead you are the technical authority for our Salesforce platform and the systems around it. You report to the Head of Revenue Systems and lead the development and administration team day to day, around eight people mainly based in Serbia. The role is based in Copenhagen. Your main responsib ilities • Design the system architecture, integration patterns and cross-system data model, with a named source of truth for every object • Decide whether a technical design is ready to build, or needs more work first • Write down architecture decisions, what was chosen, what was rejected and why, so they are still readable in twelve months • Manage, coach and develop the developers and administrators • Set the standard for code quality, code review and how changes move between environments • Remove single points of knowledge, so nobody is the only person who understands something critical • Push back when a proposed build is over- or under-engineered for the actual need
