We are seeking a Associate Director, Structures to join our WA leadership team. With offices across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, and NT, we deliver exceptional value to our clients through a collaborative culture, a commitment to excellence, and continuous investment in our people. This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role and be a key member of the leadership team. Specifically: • Lead and grow a team of structural engineers, designers, and project managers. • Drive business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence. • Build and nurture strategic partnerships across the state. • Tertiary qualifications in Structural Engineering • Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment. • Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills. • A track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects. • Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower your team.
