The team drives alignment across business, product, and technology partners to modernize data platforms, strengthen governance, simplify access, and accelerate actionable insights and recommendations. Through enterprise-wide operating models, shared standards, and coordinated investments, the team enables trusted, scalable, and AI-ready data capabilities that improve how decisions are made. Ultimately, the team focuses on turning data into a strategic advantage that drives business growth, operational efficiency, and differentiated experiences for guests and team members.   Position Overview     As a Product Director, you will set the overall strategic vision for the Supply Chain data products and product team, are accountable for succeeding against identified business outcomes and metrics, will set and manage the product’s budget and financials, set the short- and long-term product goals, and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).   You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of product managers while also building a strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams.  You will be responsible to elevate your collective team’s performance by providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback to all roles on the team while also working with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution related barriers for your teams.   You will drive product discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypotheses and concepts with cu
