What you’ll do As our Payroll Solutions Partner – ANZ, you’ll bring local payroll expertise and work across our HR Services network to deliver a seamless, high-quality payroll experience for our employees.   • Partner with our overseas payroll teams and local employees to manage payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner, with a strong focus on service excellence and continuous improvement. • Provide trusted ANZ payroll expertise, ensuring employees and stakeholders receive accurate, clear and practical support. • Build strong partnerships with ADP, HR, Finance and global service teams to deliver an effective and connected payroll experience. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working and enhance the overall employee experience. • Contribute to HR Services projects, system enhancements and knowledge sharing to build capability and drive continuous improvement.   Essential for the role • Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll operations, legislation and statutory requirements. • Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP Payroll solutions and SAP leave and payroll. • Strong analytical capability and a solutions-focused mindset. • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to partnering across HR, Finance, vendors and business teams. • Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive projects and system enhancements through to resolution.
